New baby in the family!

I got a new baby born in 2005 lol. A new car, how nice She has fit in quite nice. My old truck has become the family spare vehicle. Apparently it's my early Xmas gift. It's a Altima don't have a name for her yet. That's hubby's truck next to her.

A picture from the game, to see the few others check my other blog.

I also forgot to add we got the new Mario for Wii and left for dead 2. Neither of which I have played yet been so busy.

OT started up this week for my son and next week we have an IEP meeting to add it in to school also. The good thing is speech and reading clinic end in the next 2 weeks. So no more running back and forth 3 days straight out of the week. At least until next year. I also took the kids out last weekend for some fun.

  2. Thanks Amanda, his speech is getting there but he really is doing a great job handling all he does.

  3. It would be helpful if your hubby attends the iEP. I can tell you from watching others that women kinda get the shaft when alone. Married or not. When they see the husband (especially in a Black couple) there, they tend to show more diligence to please.

Also, stay ON them about the OT at school. Make sure your child gets the hours needed during the day, and ask for some sort of progress report. They tend to 'massage' the number of minutes when done in school. The benefit to running around 3 times a week is that you KNOW for SURE that your child is getting all the speech and OT required.

    Stay blessed.

  4. @ Soul, You are correct with the diligence to please statement. Also I am noticing now that since my son has a new speech teacher that she's changing days or not showing up. So I shall have to make sure he is getting his hours. I am still learning to stay on top of them.
    Thanks
