The Princess and The Frog.

My daughter and I had a girls day. We went and saw the Disney movie than to dinner. The movie was great, Disney did not skimp lol. My only complaint was Charlotte calling her father "Big daddy" lol. The movie had the crab in a bucket feel to me. That no matter how much you want to move forward and do what many are not with your life. There are "friends" who think they know best and try and sway you in another direction. I call them dream killers like Kanya. In the end it was a good movie very funny. A theater full of little girls lol and when Alvin and the Chipmunks came on all the little girls sang the Single Ladies chorus.

Afterwards we went to the Olive Garden ( we both love pasta) that also was fun. We both had a fish and pasta meal than deserts. On the way home we stopped at a hair store so she could pick out new nail polish colors lol.

Hubby had our son and my step son came over for a few. They all went to the game store or something lol. Anyway the movie was good, spent a nice time with just DD and I.

New baby in the family!

I got a new baby born in 2005 lol. A new car, how nice She has fit in quite nice. My old truck has become the family spare vehicle. Apparently it's my early Xmas gift. It's a Altima don't have a name for her yet. That's hubby's truck next to her.

I also forgot to add we got the new Mario for Wii and left for dead 2. Neither of which I have played yet been so busy.

OT started up this week for my son and next week we have an IEP meeting to add it in to school also. The good thing is speech and reading clinic end in the next 2 weeks. So no more running back and forth 3 days straight out of the week. At least until next year. I also took the kids out last weekend for some fun.

Aquarium fun!

A couple of weeks ago I took the kids to the Aquarium. We had a ball I only got pictures of the dolphine show but we saw the 4D Polar Express ( which my son freaked out when he got wet) and the dolphine show. On fridays they have a fridays after five special. This was my sons first time going and my daughter went with her school but did not see the dolphine show.










We had great seats of the show.

Honor Roll Bay ba!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter handed me a certificate today when I picked her up from school. She told me it was for perfect attendance so I thought nothing of it. Got to the car driving us to speech for my son, look at the paper ( wrapped around a water bottle) and it says Honor Roll. OMG, OMG I am so excited first time ever and she gets honor roll. I told her all excited how proud I was. First thing she says is toy, meaning she goes to toys r us and picks out a toy with a 25 dollor limit.


Also on another note finally yes finally after a 3 year battle 1 formal compliant over 1000.00 later. School has added reading to his IEP, I can not tell you how happy I am. I mean IEP ,meeting after IEP meeting and my son not getting the help he needs, to finally get it is a godsend. I mean god is looking out and making a way. I mean before my son was even enrolled in that school we had a IEP meeting and told them he had a speech issue. I am not going into all that I just no that I am happy for my son. So daughter is on honor roll and son now has reading added into his speech IEP. Oh and had I hired the advocate I hired last year, maybe his school would have taken us seriously. I strongly recommend to anyone who has to deal with there childs school STC team in regards to developing your child's Indiviaul Education Plan and your hitting a brick wall at IEP meeting, hire an education advocate for your child. I say this because my sons school STC team broke rules and the law, only problem was when you file a complient, you can only go back 1 year. It irks me to the bone knowing these people laughed, smiled and said hello to my face and knew they were breaking the law.

I mean I did everything right, had him evaluated at the best locally known places Kennedy Krieger Institute to name one and everything and the school still kept saying lets wait till next year to develop an IEP for him. One year they told me when I had first brought up his reading to go out and find a program (sylvan learning center) to help him cause they (STC team) came to the conclusion he needed no help. I went and did just that. Though Sylvan turned him down ( which I am glad) only because he needed 1 on 1 tutoring Sylvan is group.

Anyway long story short. Thats the news

Call Of Duty 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Modern Warfare

Yes I am a gamer. Hubby brought me COD2MW and I love it, It kind of has aim assist. Which I think could be better cause either it will be an aim assist or not. I have played and have rank in all the other Call of Duty's. So far I like the story line we have it for XBox 360 hubby also downloaded Grand Theft Auto Gay Tony. I will say the story line on that is good and the online game weapons are freaking great.

My son in law works at a game store and my stepson is a true gamer on 360 so we love to go online as a group and just kick mofo's ass's lol.

So ya Notice it's the 7th and the game does not come out until the 10th lol.
Some stores are selling reserved copys now, mines was a reserve. Hubby picks up his on the 10th. So than we will both go online on different 360's in our house and than link up with friends and stepson and kick ass!!

Halloween is OVA!

I will post pictures of the kids in there costumes. Xmas is coming and we are getting ready, Today or this week I will have the kids go through and cut out things that wait from the Toys R US big Toybook and paste it on paper.

Direction of this blog

I'm not to sure where this blog will go. I am thinking more on just me ranting and raving about my daily activities. Things that made me happy and things that piss me off.

Walmart

I don't shop at Walmart to often, this is more of a rant than anything else. My problem with the store is they don't put prices on there items, I brought this up to the cashier and he said " this is walmart we want you to get to the register and buy it anyway". Well for me when I don't see the price I will try to pick something else. I went to a different Walmart the one above was a super center. They had oral B toothbrushes in the clearance section, you guessed it no prices so I get to the register and had her price check it and it was 3 bucks. I told the girl that's not a clearance and I didn't want it. Matter of fact none of there items seemed that much of a clearance to me in the clearance sections.

Kiddies Halloween

Both kids classes are having partys lol so I got trats for them to take for the class.
